Water is a cure-all. It is essential for the survival of life. Every cell, tissue and organ needs water to function, and yet, most people are often short on H2O. Good hydration maintains the body’s fluid level and ensures that all bodily functions are taking place at normal.

Smart water bottles attempt to bring convenience to the task by keeping track of daily water intake and help people stay hydrated and healthy. The incorporation of sensor technology has enabled smart bottles to offer features like hydration tracking and drink reminders. Adding more features to that, the smart water bottles by WaterH include a TDS sensor that indicates water safety and automatically tracks the exact level of hydration.

WaterH is a Hydration & Wellness Company, which empowers and inspires for a healthier lifestyle through technology. The idea for the WaterH smart water bottle was first conceptualized by William Wu, CEO of WaterH, when he realized the difficulties, he faced in keeping track of his daily water intake. To modernize the daily water experience he started WaterH. William Wu was with the CEOViews team to share details about how they are bringing a change in the hydration game with the WaterH smart water bottles.

CEOViews: Kindly take us through the inception of the firm.

William Wu: WaterH was born out of a desire to provide a practical and innovative solution to a common problem: staying hydrated while on the go.

I wanted to create a product that not only made it easier to stay hydrated but also provided users with real-time feedback on their hydration levels. After months of research and development, the WaterH team decided to launch the product on Kickstarter. The Kickstarter campaign was a resounding success, and it not only helped us to raise the funds needed to bring WaterH to life but also provided us with invaluable feedback from our early supporters. The positive response to the campaign reinforced our belief that there was a real demand for a smart water bottle that could help people stay hydrated and healthy.

CEOViews: What were the factors that led to the establishment of WaterH? What challenges did you want to address that led to the conception of WaterH?

William Wu: The establishment of WaterH was driven by a desire to create a smart water bottle that was not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing.

We noticed that many existing smart water bottles on the market were not robust enough and did not meet the needs of today’s active and health-conscious consumers. For example, they lacked key elements such as wireless charging or TDS sensing, which made them less convenient and less useful for tracking hydration.

With the WaterH smart water bottle, we focused on creating a product that was not only visually appealing but also incorporated cutting-edge technology that addressed the shortcomings of existing solutions. Our water bottle features a sleek, modern design that is perfect for people who care about aesthetics, as well as wireless charging and a built-in TDS sensor, which makes it easy for users to stay hydrated and track the quality of their drinking water.

CEOViews: What are the trends in technology that are significant in the current marketplace, especially in the one you are in? Which are the ones that excited you?

William Wu: In the smart water bottle industry, features such as wireless charging and a built-in TDS sensor for tracking water quality are popular. At WaterH, our smart water bottle includes these features, along with an aesthetically pleasing modern design. Other features, such as those that come with a speaker and self-cleaning functions, are exciting for consumers too, as they offer convenience and ease of use.

A smart water bottle that combines cutting-edge technology catering to consumers’ hydration needs with an elegant and visually appealing design is something we are committed to.

William Wu: WaterH makes drinking the right amount of water easy with the hydration level displayed, and it serves as a positive visual reinforcement to maintain momentum by making the water intake more fun and meaningful, celebrating the small and big wins. WaterH measures how much water you need based on your goals, physicality, and lifestyle.

William Wu: In terms of technologies that can help towards wellness and a better lifestyle, the WaterH system can be considered significant, The connected WaterH App enables users to track the quality of their water, and the amount of water they have consumed daily, which can benefit fitness and wellness enthusiasts, mothers, self-care and skincare enthusiasts, and health-conscious individuals.

WaterH is addressing this challenge by attracting customers who are committed to living a healthy lifestyle and improving their water consumption behavior.
