TeleWorld Solutions was founded in 2009, on the premise to provide customized wireless solutions to end customers in the telecommunications industry. Instead of just providing engineering resources as a problem solver, which most of the service companies were doing at that time, TeleWorld Solutions saw an opportunity and need to utilize their expertise and technology to understand the customer’s issue and resolve it for them. This new approach allowed the company to solidify its position as a trusted partner instead of another resource pool.
Over time TeleWorld Solutions stayed true to its mission by successfully building custom, next–generation networks in less time and more cost–effectively than the industry norm, thus exceeding customers’ expectations.
Srini Sundararajan, CEO of TeleWorld Solutions, walked us through the remarkable journey of the company, sharing valuable insights into its unique traits.
Journey: Humble Beginnings to Great Success
TeleWorld Solutions has grown from its humble beginnings to be a leader in telecommunications, making 5G wireless networks available across the U.S. The company started with one sole employee and has now grown to approximately 1,000 employees over 14 years. Bhupinder Mann, Chief Services Officer, and Jong–Hak Jung, SVP of Engineering and Technology, have been with the company since its launch, taking it to new heights.
During its first year of operation, TeleWorld Solutions. won several projects. In less than two years, they landed a Tier 1 mobile network operator (MNO) client and started to acquire projects with other MNOS, as well as multi-system operators (MSOs), original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and enterprises.
“It was like a chain reaction from 2010 onward for us, as we were seen as out-of-the-box thinkers who solved network problems with new and original approaches,” says Mr. Sundararajan. In 2012, the company started of- fering in-building services, then a year later expanded with cable and Wi-Fi services and added field services with the arrival of 5G in 2018.
To date, TeleWorld Solutions has worked with seven major network operators and performed expedited deployment services for several hundred thousand national small cells, distributed antenna systems (DAS), and indoor and Wi–Fi networks throughout the U.S. They have also optimized more than 40,000 sites and in- stalled over 100,00 Wi–Fi nodes. The company expanded services to include site acquisition, orchestration, logistics and PMO materials management, and other deployment capabilities.
TeleWorld Solutions became a subsidiary of Samsung Electronics America in January 2020, which also led to the company’s explosive growth. To support 5G deployment projects for Samsung and various network operators, the company grew by more than 250% within a few months.
Most recently, the company started building private networks for a variety of private enterprises and now offers full wireline services. With an extensive portfolio of clients, TeleWorld Solutions is now evolving within the telecommunications space and becoming a future proof telecom/IT organization with the same mission as customers: To solve their problems.

Innovative Services and Automation Tools
TeleWorld Solutions has designed a number of customized solutions by understanding the unique use case of each client and applying technological resources.
HawkEye, a network management solution, delivers at 500% efficiency increase for RF performance analysis and their proprietary OneClick C&l tool fully automates commissioning and integration of 4G and 5G sites.
The Hyper Heuristic (H2) Algorithm is a custom–built, multi–dimensional capacity analysis solution that deter- mines cost–effective site locations and sector orientations to optimize network expansion. Its primary function is to perform RF designs for 5G networks. Total Connect is a solution that establishes wireless connectivity between multiple points including third–party towers or buildings.
“We are marching towards building industry–leading solutions since we understand networks better than anyone else. We are proud to have managed the enablement of network integration by streamlining 5G deployment. We truly believe we’re at the forefront of bringing connectivity to everything,” says Mr. Sundararajan.
Proactive Approach to Trends and Technologies
TeleWorld Solutions capitalizes on advancements in technology like orchestration, cloud computing, and docker container, along with Kubernetes. The company is building state–of–the–art tools and modernizing its previous solutions to handle exponentially more data points, as well as compute plus analyze, to provide required outcomes and improve network efficiencies.
With various programs aimed at reducing the digital divide in the U.S., TeleWorld Solutions is performing a key role in this space, utilizing both wireless and wireline technologies.
Fostering a Positive Company Culture
The work culture at TeleWorld Solutions is unique and built upon the motto ’employees come first! Whether through monthly HR calls, town hall meetings or various engagement activities, the primary objective of the company is to ensure employees feel appreciated.
Mr. Sundararajan elaborates, “Our strategy continues to be people focused. We listen to our employees through surveys and then implement what we can as an organization. We continue to advocate for them while mitigating risk. We no longer push the narrative of work–life balance but rather work–life priorities. There are priorities in both work and life which need our attention, and we encourage our employees to ensure both are prioritized.”
Envisioning the Future
The services industry is fast moving and will always be needed, but the underlying technology, and the skills and tools required, will continue to change; this necessitates constant enhancements to the organization to provide the right solutions to the industry at the optimal price and speed.
Mr. Sundararajan identifies an enormous need for fiber-based service activities and 5G in the industry, especially services and solutions for private networks. He maintains a watchful stance on global market trends and believes that to survive in the services industry, TeleWorld Solutions needs to be very cognizant as well as stay on top of the technology and markets that are relevant and driving business growth.
Mr. Sundararajan constantly ensures that the team. has the critical knowledge, skills, and tools needed to successfully provide services and solutions, not only in current technology areas, but also in new areas that they plan to participate in. “We know we need to keep reinventing ourselves to be successful in this journey.”
As a consummate technology leader himself, Mr. Srini advises, “Being flexible and adaptable is critical for the success of any entrepreneur in these times given the speed of change in technology is very rapid. Never giving up on your passion to become an entrepreneur is another critical trait in my mind.”
