Over the last 20 years, Esposito Intellectual Enterprises (EIE) has been an ever-evolving ecosystem of building, acquiring, merging, and partnering with companies all over the world. At present, there are over 75 entities, over 150 joint ventures, and operating in over 25 different industries across the globe. Esposito Intellectual Enterprises, LLC has been recognized as one of the 50 Admired companies to watch. The journey of EIE was not easy. Life is hard, and anyone that tells us differently is either lying, delusional or benefiting from generational wealth. EIE’s model is built on the sole reason of creating value and creating opportunities by connecting people and companies that either never knew each other existed or did not have the access or resources to make that opportunity a success. The journey is about not only connecting the right people but the right people at the right time.
Over the last 20 years, Esposito Intellectual Enterprises (EIE) has been an ever-evolving ecosystem of building, acquiring, merging, and partnering with companies all over the world.
EIE has had the honor of working with startups and even up to Fortune 500 companies and creating real tangible value based on developing and creating products, ip, technology, services, or solutions that the market is demanding, priced accordingly, and properly distributed throughout the right channels. This model can continue to scale forever; however it is crucial it ensures that I do not invite the wrong people, opportunities, or companies into this ecosystem.
EIE has a well-perfected process to ensure it faces as a few challenges as possible with all the entities and partnerships within its holdings. Some procedures are in place that goes through great legal, accounting, compliance, and even private security. This typically weans out any potential threats or issues when a person or company infiltrates these processes and potentially does any harm. Any vulnerability in EIE’s model is quickly addressed and hopefully corrected to prevent this same occurrence from happening in the future. EIE makes a conscious decision to always try and not work with any materialistic or egotistical personalities.
EIE sees the advancement in most industries in terms of technology as speed. When the market is demanding something, you need to have a well-oiled machine to support that need. By having so many holdings and access, across many industries EIE can combine resources quickly to analyze what needs to be done to develop a product, solution, IP, technology, or service and gets it to market quickly and correctly. Technology is a crucial piece to that formula and its capabilities service the market needs, without putting the organization or any of its holdings or partners at risk; then EIE must capitalize on that moment and hopefully own a good piece of the market.
Great relationships and access are also very important to create consistent growth and success, however, it’s important to only use those relationships in the correct manner and in situations that are de-risked and provide a win/win outcome for all parties. Lastly is operating in a place of calmness. Learning to never make haste decisions or acting in a reactionary manner is very important to long-term success. Momentum is one of the key ingredients in EIE’s work, the company’s efforts, and its partnerships’ formulas. The idea of something in motion is crucial to not only internal stakeholders or employees but also to the perception of any potential opportunities or partnerships. “Never fake it till you make it” has always been one of EIE’s motto. Examples are bringing on a key advisor to help grow your company or open up new markets for clients, announcements of partnerships with creditable companies or individuals, or things like new hires or project initiatives. Once the organization master the concept of momentum it becomes contagious and wants to continue that flow. It is very important to make the correct decisions and do not put out fluff or things that have no real tangible value. These moments will not only increase the value of the client’s company but also opens door to new opportunities. EIE is honored to have a presence in over 25 cities around the world and growing. Thanks to incredible talent, market opportunities, and some of its technologies that are used by enterprises and consumers in over 100 countries around the world, the global expansion opportunities are quite substantial. Doing things the correct way is typically the longer and more expensive way, but the only way the team operates at EIE.
