Birth of Possibilities
The journey of Superb Consulting Inc. commenced in November 2018 at a tiny office in Taiwan. At the outset, the company lacked employees, and the situation worsened with the Covid-19 pandemic as lots of headcounts froze at that time. As the company’s chairman, Yeta Ting worked diligently with minimal assistance and higher work stress. Despite the work pressure, she refused to give up and navigated the company through the uncertainties of the pandemic until it finally eased.
Yeta voices – “My initial goals included becoming a Taiwanese headhunting brand with a global outlook, creating a work environment where employees can ‘work hard and play hard,’ and building a platform for young talent to grow freely.”
Soon after the pandemic, Superb Consulting was shifted to a bigger location near Taipei 101. This was a bold step as the company didn’t have that many employees. Now, the company has become an incubator for headhunting firms with increased employees, diverse job vacancies, and an increased customer base.
Superb Consulting focuses on financial and technological industries in particular. Recently, the company recruited an experienced professional manager in 2024 and founded Grand Harbor Consulting, a wholly owned subsidiary. It develops new functional service areas in the FMCG, catering, and manufacturing sectors.
Yeta further adds, “We are looking for all kinds of cooperation and development possibilities. So that the company can develop sustainably and gradually become an internationalized headhunter group.”
