Fabiaan Van Vrekhem is a visionary leader and HR generalist with a remarkable experience in organization development, recruitment, competence management, performance management, industrial relations and overall HR management. He boasts a proven track record of 30 years, serving several positions in finance, sales and human resources as well in national as international oriented companies. His deep interest in finding value in people and organizations lead Fabiaan to found VALPEO.
