Morris Bart, the founder of our firm, started his journey in New Orleans in 1978 with a singular mission: to fight for the people. As one of the first attorneys in Louisiana to advertise his legal services on television, Morris was a trailblazer in legal marketing.

Born and raised in the New Orleans area, Morris Bart grew up with a deep sense of responsibility to his community. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of New Orleans in 1975 and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 1978.
By 1980, he had founded Morris Bart, LLC, with a vision to help individuals who had been wronged by accidents, negligence, or injustice.
