Unfortunately, at the same time, as we know, COVID 19 engulfed the world, and in a matter of days/weeks, COREONYX had to pivot business and operations to the “New Normal” quickly. The focus was to create, execute and ensure a strategy that would accommodate our current and future business needs while protecting both our employees and their families. The challenge was not the technology. The challenge was ensuring that our employees were always felt a sense of belonging, connection and support, as working 100% remotely, combined with the uncertainty and isolation due to a world pandemic, could have many adverse impacts.
Over the 20 months since the acquisition and world outbreak of COVID 19, they have become more agile and growing larger. Their management style and approach have added value to the government community as a preferred provider of services. They also have been true to their tagline, “Certainty of Outcome”. The company has been focusing on the Infrastructure Of The Future and working with their OEM partners, have navigated to lead to the forward horizon. With IoT, COREONYX has been at work anywhere, any time, and on any device, they not only have weathered the COVID storm but are emerging to grow & thrive.
“Certainty of Outcome” has been their mantra as they are delivering solutions with performance and agility to accommodate even the most dynamic solutions requiring billions of transactions per year. Their solutions are both internal and Government constituent facing. In one instance alone, one government clients’ web portal has grown up to 3.5 billion individual constituent tractions with and avg. 1.2 billion new customers added year-over-year. The firm supports more than 300,000 and counting applications for its infrastructures and is evolving with technology, culture, and the American public and their habits.

As proof to this statement is the case study of a US Government client that has had a significant increase in demand over time. To maintain with the increase in business demands over time. CORE- ONYX leveraged the power of the cloud and other latest technologies to make this platform, spanning 160,000 web pages, scalable and efficient.
In another, through our efficiencies in data science, discovery and search, support of a major city’s litigation department, the customer received on average, more than 12,000 search requests per year. To fulfil each search request, required a manual process searching more than 37 separate data sources, requiring approximately on average, 8-working hours needed to complete each request, costing the taxpayers more than 3.5 Million Dollars annually, in this division alone. To solve this challenge, COREONYX developed a state-of-the-art, automation search & discovery solution that not only leverages robotic process automation across the accelerate and automate data discovery, but expands across the enterprise to seamlessly bring together the multitude of disparate data sources that not only provide the accurate and relevant data that was being sought, but also assembling the data into a single reporting format, desired for submission to the legal team or to courts.

While the data efficiencies are impressive, that was only half the story. With our innovative approach of harnessing the power of technologies around the business, what once took more than 8 hours for a single search, now had been reduced to just moments per search, creating both a significant operational improvement and estimated labour cost from the $3.5 Million dollars annually to just over $30,000 dollars. A cost reduction to less than 1% of the previous amount. Further, the city now intends to leverage this new platform across a majority of its 50 departments to create similar economy(s) of scale with a potential savings of more than $170,000,000 annually for the city taxpayers.
On the innovation front, technology isn’t static and always evolving.
