Sherie points out that business leaders should not be afraid to ask questions and take good notes to foster continuous improvements. As a part of her future plan, Sherie intends to open two new offices. Until now, the company services have expanded to other locations, and the committed team of the company is ready to work elsewhere. Over the last 14 years, the majority of the company’s work has been in the data center and hospital environments. However, to thrive in the future, MAS Construction would update and streamline outdated equipment and systems.

About Sherie McCarty, Founder and CEO
Sherie is a CXA (Certified Commissioning Authority) and the recipient of a Bachelor of Science from Washington College and a second bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Delaware. Currently, she is studying law at Cornell University. Ms. McCarty is licensed and guaranteed to provide the best possible service for her clients. She is certified in refrigeration engineering, licensed by the Society of Universal Refrigerant, and certified as a backflow device inspector.
Sherie pushes her boundaries to exemplify her leadership approach, from design to commissioning, Sherie excels in whatever she does. As a persistent, customer-focused, and level-headed leader, she prioritizes achieving what the company hasn’t achieved yet.
